Most smart locks are designed for standard Australian deadbolt preparations. We confirm hardware compatibility during the quoting stage — if a door prep needs modification, that is included in the quote scope.
Standard epoxy: foot traffic after 24–48 hours, vehicle traffic after 5–7 days. Premium polyurea coatings can return to vehicle service in as little as 2–4 hours. Exact cure schedules are provided in writing at handover.
Yes. Camera mounting, cable routing or wireless configuration, recorder setup and app connectivity are all within the quoted scope. We do not leave partially commissioned systems.
In many cases, yes. We assess structural integrity first and document what needs replacing versus what can be repaired. If a full rebuild is required we will advise accordingly — we don't recommend more work than is necessary.
No. All standard services are carried out by our own crew. We do not subcontract labour on quoted jobs, which means accountability stays with us from start to finish.
